How do I return an item?

Please contact Customer Service at 678-250-5600 or info@nationalhfs.com to request a return authorization number.

Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product you must let us know within 72 hrs of receipt in order to receive an RAN. Please check your product before sending it back to us. If we find that the product is in good working condition the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee of 20%.

For Returns and Exchanges:
You may choose to return your item for a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping costs within 30 days of the invoice date as long as you have received an RAN from National HFS. Any exchanges will incur a shipping charge for the new item to be shipped back to you. Any items that are have been used, or show wear and tear are ineligible for a return or an exchange of any kind. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Products not eligible for exchange are all pepper sprays, foams, and gels.
